surfers we are setting new records since the transition to
new owners: we reached 4.7 million total page views and
3.3 million site views the past 7 days. We have not seen
stats like that since late 2008/early 2009. Keep on

Hi. I have over 25,000 cr3dits but I am not getting any
hits to my sites! Why?!!

Answer:
Thanks for your email and your question. The reason is
because you are no longer active. Fr33 members must surf a
minimum of 200 every month to remain active. The records
show the last time you surfed enough was in late January.
Once you surf the required monthly, your account will be
flagged Active, and your sites will once again be in
rotation. Note that upgraded members do not have a minimum
monthly surf requirement….

Hey, don’t let that happen to YOU! Auto surfing a minimum
is not a hard thing to do. You just need to remember to
actually do that. Lol. Hey, if you simply cannot surf – we
have an affordable upgrade solution for you.

Thanks to our surfers, honeyhitz is now averaging over 4
million Ad Views Daily. Ad views include hits to sites,
banners, mini banners, and text ads. This is up from 2.5
million views a day back in December. We now surpass the
3.5 million ad views a  week back in late 2008/early 2009.

On a related note: with all this surfing going on, cr3dits
are being used up quickly. I see many people who signed up
as late as Feb 14, surfed the minimum to get their initial
10k cr3dits, who ran out by 02-26-2010. So, 12 days.
(Could have been less however.) As the surf population
grows, the quicker those initial 10k cr3dits will be used
up to run your sites and ads. Be sure to surf to keep up
with demand. Or, we do have some nice Cr3dit Packages
available. A Cr3dits Package may be an affordable solution
for you if you simply cannot surf, but want to
consistently send a large amount of traffic to your
website/s on a consistant basis.

Head’s up:
We are having an odd issue with our script in that it is
not interfacing with paypal correctly. If you made a
purch@se (such as an upgrade, etc.) and do not see your
account automatically cr3dited or upgraded (whatever the
case may be), please contact me asap so I can manually
process the transaction for you. Rich is looking into the
issue and we hope to have it corrected soon. I am trying
to keep a closer eye on transactions, but sometimes things
slip though the cracks. Just give me the head’s up should
that happen to you.

public, some are available to members only. Kcsurf is on

whistles. If you look at kcsurf as being a small, start-up
traffic exchange, and are put off on that fact – consider
this: small exchanges can actually send BIG traffic to
your own site when you surf. I recommend you join and

Here is a great question from one of our members:

I have some free URL's remaining for rotation in my
account. can I use my remaining free URL's on the same
website that i registered (already) multiple times? 

Answer:
Thanks for your email and your question. Yes you could -
but it really won't help or do you any good. The way this
script works is it looks at each account during a surf
rotation. It first ch3cks to see if the account is
eligible (active.) It then looks for the next eligible
site or ad up for rotation. It then ch3cks to ensure there
are cr3dits to show the site. It then compares to see if
that site or ad was shown in the last rotation. If it was,
it goes on to the next site or ad. Ch3cks to see it has
cr3dits. Shows that next site or ad. The process is
repeated each time your account comes up to show a site or
ad. 

If you are sending traffic to one site, then that one site
gets all the traffic. If you have 2, hits are divided into
the 2 sites, 3 ditto, and so on and so forth. Bottomline:
you will rec3ive a certain amount of hits to your site and
ad everyday. Hits are simply divided among your sites/ads.


You can always use up all your spots for the same url, but
downside to doing that is you do not get more traffic and
you used up a spot you could use for something else.

Subject:  Important Directory and FFA service news
We installed the updates to the FFA service for our VS-Dir
this evening. These are some changes which will affect
everyone:

1.	You now must be logged into your account at Honeyhitz
to post an Entry.
2.	The script now automatically fills in your Member ID
for you. 
3.	Description field is for your content. You have up to
500 characters for content. 
4.	There is now a separate field for Keywords. Separate
your keywords by commas. 
5.	Fr33 members can place 1 unique link in 1 category at
no charge. 
6.	If you are a Fr33 member, and want to post the same
link to Multiple Catatgories, you will need a Code. I will
be adding Codes for purchas3 later this week. Codes will
also be awarded to our upgraded Members, or can be won in
various Contests. 
7.	Upgraded members: please contact me for your
Multi-Category Code.
8.	Ad Spots will be available later this week. Ad Spots
can be purchas3d, won, or awarded based on upgrade level.
Details on that service will posted later this week. 
9.	Restrictions do apply, so be sure you understand what
they are before posting to the FFA.

weekly; and a 90% increase in our manual surfing. It looks

This is YOUR website Webmaster, and YOU are in control:
I have recently received some compliments from members
regarding how much more productive Honeyhitz is now – as
compared to a few months ago. My response is: Thank you,
but that is not my doing. That is the Members’ doing, and
that is your doing as well.  I can ‘sweeten the pot’ and
give members lots of reasons why they should surf, but the
bottomline is still up to you. The lifeblood of any
traffic exchange is the surf. Surfing is what generates
the traffic, hits, and pageviews. Surfing always starts
with you. Are you surfing Webmaster? What you do matters,
and whether or not you surf matters as well.

We all like the set-and-forget adv3rtising, but unless you
have really deep pockets, that is a rare commodity. When
it comes to traffic exchanges, set-and-forget is in
conflict with what an exchange is really all about. You
can buy traffic and do nothing of course. But how fast you
get hits is really always going to depend on what you, and
the rest of the members do. Traffic Exchanges are about
just that – members exchanging traffic. Sites and ads get
shown because everyone surfs. If you are a fr33 member,
this requirement is especially important….

Your hits:
I periodically get questioned by a member wondering why
they are not getting any hits to their sites. The answer
99.9% of the time is: you are not surfing. Lol.

This is how this script works: in order to start receiving
traffic to your websites or ads, all fr33 members must
surf a minimum requirement. Right now that requirement is
200 sites. Once you do that, you get your 10,000 fr33
cr3dits and your sites and ads begin to show. Yeah! That
is just the beginning. You must also surf a minimum every
single month.

Your sites show as long as two conditions are true: 1. you
have cr3dits. 2. You are an active member. Every 15
minutes the script undergoes a ‘heartbeat.’ Heartbeak
examines EVERY Ad and EVERY Member. It ch3cks to ensure
you have surfed the minimum requirement for the past 30
days. If, you qualified on 12-01-2009, it ch3cks to ensure
that come 01-01-2010 you surfed the required monthly
minimum. If you have not, and you are a fr33 member, your
account and your sites go inactive.  It does not matter
how many cr3dits you have. It does not matter if you
surfed recently, or that month. You must be an active
member in order for your sites to show. Period. 

To be active, you must surf the minimum surf requirement.
There are members who surf a handful of sites every month
– however their account is still inactive.  You can surf
every day and still go inactive – if you don’t surf the
minimum. Minimum can be achieved by any surf method. You
can autosurf (the easiest) your minimum and stay active. 

Again, it does not matter how many cr3dits you have on
your account. You can buy, earn, or win all kinds of
cr3dits. But, if you are a fr33 member and do not surf the
minimum every 30 days, your sites go inactive. No cr3dits
are used, you get no hits. You only start getting hits
again AFTER you surf the minimum requirement each and
every month.  There are solutions to this:

1.	Surf on a regular basis Webmaster. You don’t have to
power surf, just ensure you surf a minimum number of sites
on a regular basis. This way your account and sites never
go inactive. 
2.	Upgrade. Upgraded members have no minimum surf
requirement. We have some very affordable Multi-Month

When you post your Ads and links to the Fr33 listing
pages, Webmaster please use your Honeyhitz Member ID. The
